As HR Administrator you will support all our colleagues (>1.000) in Spain. You will help the HR administration team during a maternity leave of one of the colleagues. The team is responsible for all of the administration that is needed for onboarding, mutations and offboarding. You will help them out by providing support on these topics.
The team works from the office in the Netherlands (and also a few days a week from home). You have to be precise in your work and also will work with deadlines.
But above all, good teamwork is very important!
Zeeman is a Retail organization with more than 1,300 shops in 8 different European countries, namely Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal and Spain. From Alphen aan den Rijn, the HRM department supports the sales organization in all countries, the Service Office departments and the Distribution Centre. In total, we are there for about 9,000 colleagues (1,000 colleagues).
