As Payroll specialist you will support an international project for the HR Administration of around 8.500 employees in Europe. This project is focused on implementing new software (Globe) for our HR Administration.
This role will be temporary / project based for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years.
Within the HR process all data is gathered to insure a good payroll process. You will be supporting the project by using you payroll knowledge and work together with the HR colleagues to facilitate that the payroll process is able to be continued without problems.
Examples of your responsibilities:
- Analyze the current payroll proces
- Analyze the new application / software
- Determine together with the project team how the process needs to be implemented to make sure the outcome for the payroll stays equal.
- Deliver input for our internal team and the software supplier.
You will be working closely together with the Project Manager, Reporting Specialist & Payroll Analyst and HR Administrators. Next to this you will also work together with our internal payroll organization and external payroll partners.
